Marlborough flaky sea salt is created in New Zealand by an age old process of careful evaporation. The result is a unique flake shaped salt crystal. Marlborough salt is prized in the culinary world for its premium qualities.
Native Tea Farm botanicals: The other part of the ingredient list is grown by us. Horopito, Kawakawa, Manuka and Lemongrass. They are all hand picked and harvested using a natural and gentle drying process that ensures quality and freshness every time. They are then powdered and prepared for their final destination. These herbs are rich in flavour and unique health properties.
Flavour and aroma: A herbaceous and fresh aroma with a semi sweet and savoury flavour. Blends well with a wide variety of foods.
